Area Marketing Manager H/F

As an Area Marketing Manager at Derma, a skincare division of Puig, you will be responsible for leading the global marketing strategy roll-out among the priority countries in your zone. Your role will involve providing strategic direction on the marketing funnel and mix to ensure efficient brand equity representation and implementation across countries. You will contribute to the local budget construction and marketing adaptations while creating brand launch tool kits and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic marketing recommendations to countries on product portfolio, marketing investment priorities, annual trade plans, merchandising, pricing, and more - Liaise between global and local teams, working closely with markets, spreading best practices, and collecting relevant local feedback - Conduct monthly European sell-out analysis and develop country tracking tools for performance analysis and competitive intelligence - Drive POS Material stock with internal services and countries, approve local designs, and adapt merchandising local guidelines Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Marketing or Business School - Strategic thinking, fast-decision making, and result-oriented mindset - Good knowledge of Dermo-cosmetics market and excellent inter-personal skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel - Bilingual in French, fluent in English, and a 3rd language is a plus - Minimum 3 years of experience in an Operational Marketing department, international experience is a bonus - Strong soft skills including leadership, autonomy, structured approach, good communication skills, and a positive team spirit If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide them for a comprehensive understanding of the role.,
