Area Manager - Operations and Service
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for support to Rural Branch service and cashier

Ensuring policy adherence and meeting the KPIs at branches

Ensuring adherence to Process and Policies

Quality Assurance for the requests tagged in CRM and receipt updated in FinnOne / Pennant by Branch cashiers

Provide feedback to branch users on errors and improve accuracy

Data analysis and monthly presentation preparation for Rural Team

Resolving reconciliation open entries and ensure zero pendency

Following up with IT / PMO for issues faced by branches and ensuring timely closure

Coordination with Audit team for observations shared and closure of the same

Process initiativesystem related development and automation
