Area Manager (GOLD LOAN & INVESTMENT)

The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple branches dealing in gold loan and investment products within an assigned region. Your role will involve driving business growth, achieving sales and collection targets, ensuring secure handling and accurate valuation of pledged gold, promoting investment schemes, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will be required to monitor branch performance, guide teams in reducing NPAs, and ensure high customer service standards. This position demands strong leadership skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively. Your key responsibilities will include managing multiple branches to ensure target achievement, driving gold loan and investment product sales, ensuring secure handling and valuation of pledged gold, monitoring collections, recoveries, and reducing NPAs, promoting customer acquisition and retention, ensuring compliance with RBI and company policies, as well as leading, training, and motivating branch teams. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to have a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in NBFC.
