Area Manager (GOLD LOAN & INVESTMENT)

The Area Manager will oversee multiple branches dealing in gold loan and investment products within an assigned region. The role involves driving business growth, achieving sales and collection targets, ensuring secure handling and accurate valuation of pledged gold, promoting investment schemes, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Area Manager will monitor branch performance, guide teams in reducing NPAs, and ensure high customer service standards. This position requires strong leadership, financial knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively.

• Manage multiple branches and ensure target achievement.
• Drive gold loan and investment product sales.
• Ensure secure handling and valuation of pledged gold.
• Monitor collections, recoveries, and reduce NPAs.
• Promote customer acquisition and retention.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and company policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate branch teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

• NBFC: 3 years (Required)
