Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager in the DSA Vertical, located in Mysore. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the designated area, managing and developing relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), achieving sales targets, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with various teams, monitoring market trends, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing relationships with DSAs
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Excellent understanding of financial products and services
• Ability to analyse market trends and implement effective strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in local languages and understanding of the local market
• Bachelor's degree or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the finance industry is preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
