Area Manager - Direct To Customer

As a D2C ZSM at the company, you will be spearheading the delivery of all lines of businesses in the assigned catchments. Your main focus will be on maximizing extraction while ensuring high-quality service to customers. You will be overseeing both Retail teams and Broadband teams, driving engagement with residential societies to establish Airtel as their preferred service provider, and ensuring successful In-store operations. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Store Rollouts: Ensure timely completion of all store deployment processes including staffing, inventory, and IT for store launches. - Store Operations/ Compliance/ Profitability: - Own compliance with all defined SOPs - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational support - Analyze store/zone level analytics reports to identify areas of improvement - Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations - Drive store profitability through revenue and cost planning - Deploy agreed programs across all stores - Broadband Operations: - Enhance acquisition quality - Drive growth in revenue from higher rental plans - Mark territories for TSMs and drive productivity growth - Increase Tag utilization in Low Utilized NEs and buildings - Work closely with Channel Partners and TSMs to support lead closures - Drive engagement with residential societies - Customer Service: - Provide best-in-class services while managing Detractor Index - Ensure compliance with CE guidelines and processes - Manage exceptional escalations with Circle support - People Development & Team Management: - Ensure quality manpower supply at stores and in the field - Control attrition by implementing training programs, improving recruitment quality, and driving Rewards and Recognition - Facilitate proper onboarding processes In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will need to demonstrate the following experience and skills: - Results orientation - Entrepreneurship - Strong communication skills - Consultative selling skills - Collaboration skills - Team management If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive overview of the role.,
