Area Field Sales Representative TVS Parts

We are super stockist of spare parts of almost all two wheeler and four wheeler companies in India like TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hyundai etc. We are dealing in automobile industry from last 40 years with headquarter located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Looking for a candidate who is native or permanent resident of Kanpur with relevant work experience in automobile spare parts or in FMCG industry or any other tangible product sales, who can take care of field sales of TVS spare parts to our wholesalers, distributors and retailers in Kanpur and surrounding areas of Kanpur.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-

Work Experience & qualification:-

• min 3-5 yrs of work experience in Field Sales & Business Development in Auto Spare Parts OR FMCG products or any other products sales only. *(experience in service industry i'e Finance/Loan, Recovery, Bank, NBFC will not be considered for interview.)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA will prefer).

Other skills and requirements:-

• Must have own Bike and valid DL.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations.

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Sales of spare parts to wholesaler, distributor, retailer, mechanics etc.
• Negotiate the price and close the deal and get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development.
• Visiting the area assigned to you by the Senior Reporting Manager on a regular basis.
• Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office.
• Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

CTC & Benefits per month:-

• Rs.24,000-Rs.28,000/- pm +
• min Rs.5,000-Rs.8,000/- pm (Incentives) +
• min Rs.6,000-Rs.8,000/- pm (Travelling Allowances) +
• Dearness Allowances + PF/ESIC + Medical Insurance + Life insurance.
