Area Commercial Manager - Coimbatore

As an Area Commercial Executive at TVS Motor Company, you will play a vital role in the Finance Department in Coimbatore. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager Finance, you will be responsible for maintaining the accounting system, managing dealer credit exposure, ensuring profitability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Update collections in SAP and settle dealer claims promptly. - Complete sales account schedules and prepare bank reconciliation statements. - Account for travel, administrative, and marketing expenses in adherence to company policies. - Send monthly MIS reports to the Head office for review. - Review outstanding collections daily and address anomalies. - Analyze dealers" working capital and coordinate with the retail finance team to optimize inventory funding. - Manage area office expenses within allocated budgets and collect C forms from dealers on time. - Ensure compliance with local statutes and conduct periodic stock verifications. - Visit dealers regularly to provide training and support to dealer accountants.
