Area Collections Manager - USL Recoveries

Job Description: As a Collection Manager, your role involves being responsible for Bkt Collection and w-off recovery in the lending portfolio. You will manage a team of Collection Associates and Collection Officers to ensure adequate coverage meeting CAPE norms. It is essential to focus on Non starters and conduct daily visits to delinquent customers. Additionally, recommending legal actions for critical cases and ensuring no delay in the deposition of money is part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure collection efficiency in a timely manner to deliver targeted performance. - Manage cost effectively to meet set goals. - Understand and maintain a healthy portfolio.
