Area Business Manager (Loans)

You will be an enthusiastic and dynamic Area Business Manager (Loan Sales) responsible for promoting and selling various loan products, including Agri-based Loans, Housing Loans, SME Loans, and other financial products. Your role will involve identifying potential customers, onboarding Business Dealers to generate leads, conducting field visits and client meetings, explaining loan features, assisting with loan applications, and coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal. Achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining customer databases, building strong client relationships, and staying updated on industry trends are crucial aspects of this role. Compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements is also essential. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in loan sales, with preference for Agri-based Loans, Housing Loans, SME Loans. - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. Preferred: - Experience with NBFCs, banks, or microfinance institutions. - Knowledge of local markets and customer base.
