Job Description

GraRole & responsibilities Manage the team of 4/5 Field Officers ( MR ) in the designated areas. Visit Doctors & Retailers along with F.O on daily basis to promote the products of the Company. Ensure the company products are available at the Distributor & retailer level in all the working areas. Achieve Monthly / Quaterly / Annual Target for the given product range of the company in the assigned territories. Daily review , discussion & feedback of Filed Officers in the territories. Travel to all the designated City / Towns for Sales & Business Development along with Field Officers ( MR ). Regular checking of Inventory at the Stockist / Distributor to ensure the availability of all the company products. Daily reporting to Regional Business Manager regarding the Primary & Secondary Sales Status. Preferred candidate profile Must have lead the team of 4 to 5 M.R or Field Officers in the Gynec & Infertility Division. Minimum 2 years Experience as a Area Manager of Gynec Division or Minimum 4 to 5 Years experience as a Medical Representative in the Gynec & Infertility Division Candidate should have his own two wheeler. Candidate must be residing in Head Quarter. Candidate should have good knowledge of M.S. Office. Perks and benefits Good Salary. PF, ESIC, Accidental Insurance. TA / DA as per company policy.
