a. The ABM will function in the managerial role, which includes supervisory, advisory and supportive functions.
b. Responsible for achieving business targets by increasing the sales of the divisions products
c. Setting sales targets for his team of representatives and ensures that his team achieves their target
d. Monitoring the teams progress and motivating them to reach their targets
e. Developing and implementing market & business strategy in co-ordination with the Product Management team for the territory.
f. Identifying and providing feedback on Company's & Competitors products to the Product Management team.
g. Conducting CME, Seminars and Doctors group meetings.
h. Participation in sales and marketing strategy development meetings.
i. Train, guide, coach the Business Executives to perform their duties.
