Now Hiring: Area Business Manager (ABM) – Dermatology Segment Location: Haryana (Faridabad, Gurgaon, Rohtak, Ambala, Hisar, Karnal, Panchkula) Company: Jupiven Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Business Manager to lead our operations across key territories in Haryana. Key Responsibilities: .Manage business operations in multiple HQs across Haryana. .Appoint and manage stockists in each assigned headquarter. .Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing field sales team. .Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure productivity of all team members. .Build strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and healthcare professionals. .Execute company strategies and ensure brand visibility in the market. Candidate Profile: .Experience in Dermatology/Cosmetology segment is mandatory. .Strong knowledge of the Haryana market and its key business areas. .Proven leadership skills with a track record in team handling and territory development. .Ability to drive results under pressure and build strong customer relationships.
