Job Description

You are a skilled and certified ARC/MIG Welder (4G/3G) sought by Kalis Technical Services LLC for ongoing structural and fabrication projects in the UAE. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in structural welding, you will be responsible for performing ARC (Stick) and MIG welding in 3G and 4G positions on structural steel and fabrication components. Your role involves interpreting and executing work from technical drawings and welding symbols, setting up, operating, and maintaining welding machines, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper metal preparation, alignment, and weld quality, conducting visual inspections and quality checks on completed welds, adhering to safety protocols and welding standards, maintaining cleanliness and proper tool handling in the work area, and reporting issues, progress, and maintenance needs to supervisors. You must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in ARC/MIG welding, preferably hold valid 3G and 4G welding certification, have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding codes, be skilled in using hand and power tools related to welding and fabrication, demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety, and work quality, be physically fit, punctual, and capable of working in a team environment.
