Role Overview: As an Architect at Nexus Jobs, you will be responsible for utilizing your skills in architecture to deliver top-notch architectural designs and solutions. This full-time position based in Jaipur is ideal for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of work experience. You will be expected to work with industry-standard software to create precise architectural designs and collaborate effectively in a BIM environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and development of architectural designs from conceptualization to final delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are met. - Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit. - Minimize environmental impact and maximize efficiency by implementing sustainable design techniques. - Use SketchUp and other 3D modeling tools to create innovative architectural renderings. - Coordinate with project managers using BIM software to synchronize project phases and outputs. - Participate in design reviews, make adjustments based on client feedback and team evaluations. - Stay updated on current architectural trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) for generating precise architectural designs and construction plans. - Experience with Revit (Mandatory skill) for creating detailed 3D models and collaborating effectively in a BIM environment. - Competence in Adobe Creative Suite (Mandatory skill) for rendering and enhancing design presentations for client review. - Familiarity with SketchUp for creating versatile and scalable 3D visualizations for preliminary design concepts. - Strong skills in 3D modeling to bring complex architectural concepts to life with realistic visual representations. - Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to improve project coordination and efficiency. - Knowledge of sustainable design techniques to integrate eco-friendly practices into all architectural projects. - Ability to use project management software to efficiently plan, track, and manage project timelines and resources.,
