Architectural Project Coordinator

Qualification: B.Arch

Job Location : Begumpet , Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 9PM IST - 6AM IST

Salary: As per the experience and market standards

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Engage with builders and contractors in the U.S.,

  especially in California, and clearly explain the architectural and drafting services we offer.

• Convince prospects in a technical manner

  how our team can add value to their projects with cost-effective, high-quality design support

• Schedule and facilitate meetings

  between U.S. leads and our onsite architectural team

• Build a strong network of repeat clients

  by developing long-term relationships with U.S. builders and contractors

• Coordinate closely with our internal architectural team

  once projects are won, ensuring smooth delivery, document management, and execution oversight

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare feasibility reports, organize and manage project timelines, drawing logs, and permit documentation
• Work across tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office Suite, and Google Drive
• Maintain consistent communication and documentation quality across time zones

What Were Looking For:

• 2-8 years of experience in architectural coordination or design support
• Excellent communication skills both client-facing and internal team coordination
• Familiarity with international clients, especially U.S.-based projects
• A proactive mindset and willingness to work closely with both marketing and architectural teams
