The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing comprehensive administrative, clerical, and project-related support. This role demands a proactive, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. Role: Architectural Project Coordinator Work Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad Shift Time: 9PM IST - 6AM IST Key Skills: AutoCAD & Revit. Should be excellent in communication mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the prospect leads or contractors, analyze the project requirements, providing the feasibility reports. Assist in preparing and organizing project documents and reports. Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines. Serve as a liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed. Support architects with documentation, permit submissions, and approval tracking. Format architectural documents, including PDFs, presentations, and reports. Maintain drawing logs, specifications, and revision histories. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (preferred). 2-4 years of experience with architectural terminology and design processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox and Google Drive.
