Architectural Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent B.Arch graduates who are passionate about architecture and project delivery to gain real-world experience in coordinating architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating architectural projects across various stages – from design development to execution.
• Work closely with senior architects, designers, and project managers to track deliverables and timelines.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare documentation, and support follow-ups.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and drawing submissions.
• Review and organize drawings, BOQs, and design files.
• Support design and documentation teams as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of architectural fundamentals and design processes
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced project environments
• Basic understanding of site execution and construction drawings is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
