Job description Role & responsibilities Sales Management: • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in revenue, market share, and customer retention within the area. • Monitor and analyze sales performance across locations, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. • Collaborate with individual sales managers/sales team to set sales targets and create actionable plans for achieving them. • Lead efforts to convert leads into sales, ensuring design solutions are tailored to client needs and budget. • Guide, mentor, and train team members to achieve sales targets while fostering high energy levels to sustain their performance and drive results. • Ensure the team consistently achieves the targeted lead conversion ratio. Leadership and People Management: • Lead and manage multiple sales team. • Provide ongoing coaching, development, and support to enhance the skills of both the sales and design teams. • Foster a culture of collaboration between the sales and design teams to ensure integrated solutions for clients. • Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions to ensure alignment with business goals. Budgeting and Financial Management: • Manage the areas sales and design budget, ensuring all locations meet financial targets like sales and profitability. • Track financial metrics such as cost per sale/Customer Acquisition Cost, profit margins, and ROI, and work with team to optimize cost structures. • Ensure accurate financial reporting across locations and adherence to budgetary guidelines. • Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards for design and service. Job Specifications: • B.Arch/M.Arch/B.Des/Diploma in interiors. •12 to 14 years of experience in interior sales in both residential and commercial projects. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and design software. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
