Architectural Draughtsman/woman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a good understanding of architectural detailing and CAD software, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop conceptual and detailed design plans.
• Interpret and incorporate mark-ups and revisions from senior architects
• Ensure drawings comply with company and industry standards, building regulations, and codes.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing 3D models or visual presentations when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of design aesthetics.
• Ability to think creatively and provide innovative design solutions.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
