Architectural Draughtsman

The primary responsibility of an Architectural Draughtsman is to collaborate with senior architects in producing 2D draughts, 3D architectural models, and design documentation for industrial projects. You will be required to create detailed 2D architectural drawings and renderings, ensuring accuracy and quality. Utilizing 3D modelling techniques such as Revit, you will develop realistic representations of architectural designs to enhance project understanding and decision-making. Additionally, you will coordinate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP designs to integrate them into comprehensive project plans. Working closely with Senior Architects, you will contribute to the development of design concepts from inception to final execution. It is essential to ensure that all architectural documents adhere to industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations. As an Architectural Draughtsman, you will manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, models, and specifications, to ensure their organization and accessibility. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and the AutoCAD Architecture toolset, for 2D draughting and rendering tasks. Proficiency in 3D modelling software like Revit is crucial for creating detailed architectural models.
