Architectural Draughtsman

As an Architectural Draughtsman, you will be responsible for utilizing your Diploma qualification and 2-4 years of experience to create high-quality architectural designs. Your essential skills will include a high proficiency in 3D SketchUp modeling, video rendering using Lumion or similar software, and a strong command of architectural working drawings. Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating with clients, overseeing site execution work, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed according to specifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with Structural and MEP consultants to facilitate the release of drawings and ensure seamless project delivery. This is a full-time position that requires your presence in person at the work location.
