Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Architecture Draftsman with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, primarily in high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed architectural drawings across all project stages and coordinating closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is translated correctly into construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Drafting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings including:
• Concept drawings
• Schematic design drawings
• Good for Construction (GFC) drawings
• Working drawings and detailed sections
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and layouts as per design intent.
• Produce area statements, key plans, and statutory drawings as required.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior teams to ensure clash-free drawings.
• Incorporate consultant inputs and revisions accurately into architectural drawings.
• Support design development through multiple revision cycles while maintaining drawing quality and consistency.

High-Rise & Specialized Project Experience:

• Handle high-rise residential towers, mixed-use developments, commercial buildings, and hospitality projects (hotels, serviced apartments).
• Prepare drawings in compliance with local building bye-laws, NBC, fire norms, and authority requirements.
• Assist in preparation of approval drawings for local authorities when required.

Site & Construction Support:

• Provide drawing clarifications and revisions based on site conditions and construction requirements.
• Assist project teams during execution with shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Review and update drawings based on site feedback and RFIs.

Software & Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Revit Architecture (preferred)
• Familiar with MS Office for documentation and coordination
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing standards
• Ability to manage and organize large drawing sets efficiently

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Architectural Drafting
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in:
• High-rise residential projects
• Commercial buildings
• Hospitality projects
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation

Key Competencies:

• High attention to detail and drawing accuracy
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects
• Practical understanding of design intent and constructability

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working with reputed architectural firms or developers
• Exposure to large-scale or landmark projects
• Ability to mentor junior draftsmen
• Familiarity with BIM workflows is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
