We are looking for someone to lead our aluminium window and door fabrication workshop. Main responsiblities - Supervise day-to-day workshop activities Work on cutting, punching, and assembling aluminium profiles Help set up tools and jigs for system windows (like AluK) Maintain quality and ensure clean, safe work practices Guide and train junior fabricators/helpers Be responsible for preparing high-quality finished products Who Can Apply: ITI (Fitter / Mechanical / Draughtsman / Fabrication) OR Diploma / B.E. Prepare detailed shop drawings for aluminium windows & doors (sliding, casement, slide-fold, partitions). Convert site measurements into technical drawings and BOQ. Cross-check costing with sales quote; highlight any changes for approval. Prepare cutting list, glass sizes, hardware list for workshop. Coordinate with site team (Pramod/Dinesh) for final technical checks. Place orders for profiles, glass, hardware — track deliveries. Work closely with Business Head and Workshop Supervisor to ensure smooth production.
