Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans based on architectural designs and specifications. Proficiency in CAD software and a solid understanding of building codes and construction processes are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities : Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intentions and project requirements. Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation for reference and compliance purposes Conduct site visits as necessary to gather information, verify measurements, and ensure alignment between drawings and actual conditions. Update and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
