Architectural Draftsman

As an Interior Designer Draftsman, you will collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to translate conceptual interior design concepts into detailed and precise technical drawings and plans. Your primary responsibility will be to create floor plans, elevations, sections, and various construction documents that will serve as guidance for the execution of interior design projects. Your duties will encompass drafting and documentation tasks, space planning activities, coordination with team members, and efficient management of project documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring that the design vision is accurately translated into tangible plans that can be implemented effectively. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the industry. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is essential. Your keen attention to detail and precision in drafting, coupled with a strong grasp of interior design principles and trends, will be crucial for success in this position. Moreover, you must have a solid understanding of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in your designs.
