Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman with strong skills in preparing municipal and working drawings. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have a keen eye for detail in translating architectural designs into precise technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed municipal approval drawings in compliance with relevant building regulations and authority requirements.
• Create accurate working drawings for execution at site.
• Develop architectural layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and details as per project needs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy.
• Make revisions to drawings as per client or authority feedback.
• Maintain and organise project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman (preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects).
• Strong knowledge of municipal drawing requirements and working drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural designs.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or relevant field preferred.
