Architectural Designer/Drafter

Role Overview: You will collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for interior spaces. Additionally, you will research and source materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories. Utilizing design software, you will create 3D models and renderings of design concepts and assist in producing visual presentations for client meetings. Furthermore, you will communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure materials, coordinate deliveries, and maintain vendor relationships. Your role will also involve assisting in the preparation of project documentation, supporting the organization and maintenance of project files and records, attending client meetings, and addressing client inquiries.
