Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Architect Designer with a strong background in residential construction, space planning, and elevation design. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in architectural design software and capable of translating client needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans, elevations, and 3D models for residential buildings.
• Optimize space utilization while maintaining functionality, aesthetics, and client requirements.
• Create detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Produce high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs using V-Ray and Lumion.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, project managers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate design implementations with construction teams.
• Prepare presentations and design proposals for client approval.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (B.Arch preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential architectural design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential projects, space planning, and elevation work.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD – for 2D drafting and detailing
• Revit – for BIM modeling and coordination
• SketchUp – for quick 3D modeling and conceptualization
• V-Ray & Lumion – for realistic rendering and visualizations
• Deep understanding of space utilization, Vastu principles (optional), and modern design trends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present concepts to clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with residential developers or infrastructure companies.
• Knowledge of local building by-laws and approval processes.
• Familiarity with interior planning and furniture layout optimization is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.32 - ₹46,054.51 per month
