Currently, we are building a residential community in the Austin area - crafted for those who value wellness, sustainability, and intentional living. At the same time, we are acquiring land to expand into commercial and hospitality projects.

• Short-term rentals in unique structures like cabanas, yurts, and treehouses

• Multi-purpose event spaces for music, wellness gatherings, and creative workshops

• Spring waterway for lounging, swimming, and community with potential integrated bathhouse

• Comfort and rest stations with hammocks, hanging beds, and immersive gardens

• And many more 'impossible' amenities like desert caves, geothermal springs, and sensory landscapes

As a Junior Architectural Designer at Sanctuary, you will do more than draft drawings - you will help shape how spaces feel. From treehouses and wellness bathhouses to immersive gardens, you will contribute both creatively and technically, ensuring bold ideas become buildable realities.
It's a rare opportunity to gain international project exposure, sharpen your Revit skills, and grow as a designer while working remotely from India.

What you have:

• 1–3 years of experience in architecture and/or design
• Proficiency in Revit (must-have)
• Familiarity with other design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Figma, Adobe Suite)
• A portfolio that demonstrates:
  • Strong aesthetics and use of calming palettes/materials
  • Ability to clearly communicate concepts and experiential ideas
  • Evidence of translating design concepts into buildable drawings or models
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Passion for wellness, sustainability, and community-focused spaces
