Opportunity Join our growing design team and help shape the future of how we design and build inspiring spaces. This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecture and interior design, with a focus on creating high-quality, functional, and beautiful centres. You will play a key part in both the design and execution of new centres while supporting the design management of existing spaces, contributing to innovation and excellence in every stage of the process. Responsibilities You will be involved in all aspects of design and construction — from conceptualization to delivery. Your work will include 3D modelling, rendering, and preparing presentation drawings, as well as market research for materials and construction techniques. You will support design development, liaise with vendors and contractors, and prepare construction and as-built drawings. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive designs, assist in project execution with progress reporting, and carry out site quality checks to maintain design intent and timely delivery. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Architecture or Interior Design 3-5 years of experience in an architecture or interior design practice Strong understanding of architectural design principles, detailing, and techniques Ability to produce quick and accurate 2D & 3D design and construction documents Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while following systems and procedures Strong communication skills to convey design ideas verbally and visually Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills are essential Technical Proficiency: - AutoCAD, Rhino, V-Ray - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
