Architectural Designer

As an Associate Design Engineer at Ritex Real Estate LLC, your role will involve assisting in the development of architectural and structural design drawings for various types of developments. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include preparing technical drawings, participating in design coordination meetings, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing architectural and structural design drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate project requirements into feasible design solutions. - Prepare AutoCAD or Revit models, technical drawings, and construction documents. - Provide input for material selection, layout optimization, and cost efficiency. - Participate in design coordination meetings and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. - Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize project costs. - Maintain documentation and version control of design files and project specifications. - Visit project sites periodically to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture & Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Interior Designing. - Diploma in Architecture. Technical Required Skills: - Excellent verbal & written communication skills. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools. - Basic knowledge of structural and MEP systems is a plus. - Understanding of design principles, construction methods, and building materials. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
