Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, your role will involve preparing and designing preliminary plans, developing design ideas with your team, creating design schemes and feasibility studies, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring compliance with International Building Codes. You will also be responsible for creating presentation books for client meetings and adhering to the company's safety and working protocols. Site visits are not required for this position. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in the US project-related field. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam, and Enscape is necessary. Your strong theoretical and technical knowledge will be valuable in participating and collaborating in team projects. Additionally, your ability to work both independently and within a team, think critically, and demonstrate creativity skills will be essential. Strong verbal and written communication, prioritization, and organization skills are required to meet deadlines effectively. The ideal candidate for this role will hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and have a total of 2-3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of experience using Revit and 1.5 years of experience in US projects. Fluency in English is a requirement for this position. This full-time position offers day shifts from Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
