Job Title: BIM Architect
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Must have experience in USA-based projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects based on US standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and project coordination.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Handle clash detection, model validation, and project documentation.
• Work closely with international clients to meet deadlines and design expectations.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling.
• Proven experience working on USA-based architectural projects is a must.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.
• Strong understanding of US construction codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,756.29 - ₹35,939.38 per month
