Architectural Designer

• Designing in 3D softwares, preparing CAD Drawings and site management.

• Should be excellent in creative designing and think and develop out of the box designs
• Experience with commercial, Hospitality and residential projects
• Ability to work well with a team and meet deadlines
• Coordinate project updates using emails, messengers, voice chats & teleconferences.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  # Experience :- 0-1years as an Architect with Strong knowledge in Architectural design principles, Construction methods, and Project Management practices, Conceptualization and Planning skills, local building codes, safety standards, Rules and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modelling or similar design software

  # Qualification :- Diploma /Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

  # Job Location :- Currently in Kolkata

  # Salary :- 8K-10K in hand
