We are looking for an Architecture Assistant with a focus on office space design to support our growing portfolio of commercial and corporate interiors.

Role Overview

The Architecture Assistant will work closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute office layouts, interior designs, and workplace strategies. This role involves preparing detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and supporting execution teams to deliver modern, efficient, and brand-aligned office environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in space planning, test fits, and workplace layout design for office interiors.
• Support senior architects in preparing conceptual designs, mood boards, and presentations.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renders.
• Research materials, finishes, and furniture suitable for modern workspaces.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements, verify conditions, and support project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants (MEP, lighting, acoustics), and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications, and client presentations.
• Stay updated on trends in workplace design, ergonomics, and sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Architecture or Diploma in AutoCad.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internship or academic exposure in office design is a plus).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of Lumion/Enscape/3ds Max preferred.
• Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and workplace design concepts.
• Good knowledge of building codes, services coordination, and office design standards.
• Excellent visualization, drafting, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
