Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Participate in developing architectural and site design plans.
Coordinate with structural, interior design, and other teams throughout project phases
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion,
Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and collaborate with contractors
Independently liaise with clients to understand needs and propose design recommendations considering site, budget, and trends
Produce architectural, structural, working/detailed drawings and elevations under client requirements
Modify designs based on feedback from clients or management
Ensure design compliance with building codes and company standards
Assist in estimating project costs from a design perspective
Support design presentations and documentation efforts

Required Skills & Tools

Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch)
Expertise in:

Essential
: AutoCAD, SketchUp
Desirable
: Lumion, Revit, 3ds Max, Vray

Strong visualization, technical, and communication skills
Team collaboration and client interaction ability
Freshers (with internships) to candidates with 1–5 years experience welcome
