Role Overview: As an Architect with 2 to 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of residential, institutional, and industrial projects in Ludhiana. Your main goal will be to create innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements and industry standards while ensuring quality and functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Design Development: Create innovative architectural designs for residential, institutional, and industrial projects, aligning them with client requirements and industry standards. - Project Management: Manage and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. - Site Analysis: Conduct detailed site analysis to adjust designs based on environmental impacts. - Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into effective architectural solutions. - Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve design-related issues. - Building Code Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. - Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, and MS-Office. Qualification Required: - Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in architectural design within residential, institutional, or industrial sectors. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant degree in the architectural field. - Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant architectural software tools.
