Role Description

Design spaces that honour the earth, uplift communities, and embody timeless wisdom. As a sustainable architect, you’ll lead projects rooted in ecological integrity, indigenous knowledge, and place-based design. Your work will harmonize built environments with natural landscapes, using locally available materials and regenerative practices.

What you’ll do

•Design architectural plans that integrate earth-building, passive cooling, and site-responsive techniques.

•Collaborate with communities to incorporate indigenous wisdom and cultural aesthetics into spatial design.

•Use natural, locally sourced materials to minimize environmental impact and celebrate regional identity.

•Conduct site studies to ensure designs align with terrain, climate, and ecological rhythms.

•Work closely with engineers, artisans, and field teams to ensure feasibility and fidelity to sustainable principles.

•Document and share learnings to build a knowledge base for future regenerative architecture projects.
