Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and collaboration with clients and stakeholders. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget, and timeline.

· Develop and present design concepts, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

· Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design solutions that meet project goals.

· Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.

· Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental sustainability guidelines.

· Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and construction drawings.

· Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture.

· Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.

· Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

· Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

· Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
