Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop architectural plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Manage end-to-end project execution: from initial concept to final site handover.
- Prepare and submit drawings for VUDA (Vadodara Urban Development Authority) approvals.
- Create Nagar Niyojan (Town Planning) maps as per local regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project success.
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution as per approved plans.
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and technical documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

- Valid VUDA License or proven experience with VUDA approval processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Nagar Niyojan regulations and planning procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Nagar Niyojan Map preparation and submission.
- Experience in handling projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and design software.
- Strong 3D visualization and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- COA (Council of Architecture) Registration preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and planning.

Preferred:

- Candidates based in Vadodara or with local project experience.
- Experience in real estate, residential layouts, or commercial buildings.
