Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualization, schematic design, and design development

• Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and presentation sets

• Conduct site visits and supervise ongoing works to ensure design adherence and quality control

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants

• Liaise with contractors and vendors for smooth on-site execution

• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

• Proven experience in handling end-to-end project delivery

• Strong site coordination and execution skills

• Proficient in Cad, SketchUp, blender (preferred), and MS Office

• Knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and construction detailing

• Good communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
