Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Architect with over 5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading design initiatives, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects
  
• Prepare conceptual and detailed design drawings, presentations, and BOQs
  
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors for design implementation
  
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications
  
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
  
• Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software for design and documentation
  
• Provide creative input while balancing functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and team coordination
  

Required Skills:

• Strong design and visualization skills
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  
• Excellent understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing
  
• Knowledge of local building by-laws, NBC norms, and statutory regulations
  
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment

• Exposure to green building design or sustainable architecture
  
• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to execution
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and technical expertise
