We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Architect with over 5 years of experience in architectural design and project execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading design initiatives, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of architectural projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects Prepare conceptual and detailed design drawings, presentations, and BOQs Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors for design implementation Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software for design and documentation Provide creative input while balancing functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics Manage project timelines, budgets, and team coordination Required Skills: Strong design and visualization skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Excellent understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing Knowledge of local building by-laws, NBC norms, and statutory regulations Strong communication and presentation abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Attributes: Exposure to green building design or sustainable architecture Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to execution Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and technical expertise
