Architect

As a part of the core design team at Shilpshala, you will be involved in the design process across architecture, sustainability, landscape, interiors, and visualisation domains. We are currently looking to fill the following positions: - Landscape Architect (13 years of experience) - Architect with a strong acumen for Sustainability (08 years of experience) - Interior Designer (18 years of experience) - 3D Visualiser (03 years of experience) Key Responsibilities for all roles: - Demonstrate strong design thinking, technical understanding, and attention to detail. - Support conceptual design, drawings, documentation, and project coordination. - Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Revit, and 3D rendering tools. - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage time-bound deliverables. - Exhibit interest in sustainable, context-driven, and research-oriented design approaches, particularly crucial for the architect role. - Possess strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills. In your role, you will be expected to: - Assist in project design development from concept to execution. - Prepare and manage drawings, models, presentations, and documentation. - Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams as necessary. - Support material research, specifications, BOQs, and quality control. - Maintain organised project documentation and adhere to expected timelines.
