Position: Architect
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Experience: 4–7 years

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in designing and executing residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with technical expertise to develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed interior solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute architectural concepts and layouts for residential and commercial spaces
• Prepare 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent
• Create detailed interior designs and visualizations for new outlets
• Conduct site visits 4–5 times per month to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
• Collaborate closely with operations, branding, and engineering teams throughout all project phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 4–7 years of professional experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
