Architect

ResponsibilitiesControl project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional designTake the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposalsDevelop ideas keeping in mind clients needs, buildings usage and environmental impactCompile project specificationsKeep within budgets and timelinesEnsure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulationsMake on site visits to check on project status and report on projectCooperate and liaise with construction professionalsFollow architectural trends and advancements.

RequirementsExcellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (CAD, Lumion/V-ray, SketchUp, or similar)Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensionsVisual awareness and an eye for detailCommunication and project management skillsB.Arch Degree.
