Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities and qualifications: **Key Responsibilities:** - Proven experience (10+ years) in architecting and leading the development of complex web applications using .NET frameworks, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and related technologies. - Strong proficiency in modern web technologies, including experience with Angular, AngularJS, and Blazor. - In-depth understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural trade-offs. - Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines to ensure consistent quality across projects. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Evaluate existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Choose appropriate architectural patterns and technologies for each project, considering factors such as security, performance, and maintainability. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, and provide strategic guidance on their adoption and integration. - Drive the evolution of our technical stack, making informed decisions about technology upgrades, migrations, and integrations. - Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities. Translate client requirements into technical solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. - Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical brainstorming sessions to ensure the team's collective growth. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope, addressing any technical challenges that arise during development. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Experience in agile methodologies and leading agile development teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
