Job Description

Job Title: Architect

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi

Company: UK-Based Hotel Group

Proficient in English with the ability to confidently interact and manage London-based clients

Key Responsibilities

Create architectural designs, layouts, and models as per project requirements.
Work on 2D/3D modeling, drafting, and visualization using relevant software.
Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and clients to ensure designs align with functional and aesthetic needs.
Assist in preparing project presentations, working drawings, and documentation.
Conduct site visits when required and provide design-related support during execution.
Stay updated with modern design trends, materials, and technology in architecture.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
Experience: 1–2 years in architectural designing and modeling.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
