As an Architect at our leading infrastructure company in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of architectural and interior projects within the Building Construction division. Your 8-10 years of experience will be essential in bridging the gap between design concepts and on-site implementation, ensuring accurate translation of architectural and interior details during construction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily on-site execution of architectural and interior projects - Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project progress - Assist in creating and managing project schedules, reporting progress to senior management - Interpret and implement architectural and interior drawings precisely - Support procurement and timely delivery of materials, especially for interior finishes and fixtures - Maintain organized site documentation including daily reports, inspection logs, and coordination records - Ensure effective communication and information flow among stakeholders - Manage appointment agenda, keeping team members informed of commitments **Qualifications & Skills:** - Proven experience as a Design Architect, Project Coordinator, or Interior Architect in the real estate sector - Strong expertise in reading, coordinating, and issuing GFC drawings for large-scale projects - Understanding of construction detailing, finishing work, and material coordination - Excellent communication and coordination skills for interfacing with multiple teams - Organized, detail-focused, and solution-oriented - Proficiency in architectural design software such as Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office, and REVIT (an advantage) **Essential Requirement:** - Experience in premium high-rise residential projects - Bachelor's in architecture (Full Time) - Knowledge of Building Material and Project procurement - 10+ years of experience in design coordination Please answer the following questions when applying: - How many years of professional experience do you have in architectural design and coordination roles - Have you worked on premium high-rise residential projects before - Do you have experience coordinating MEP services and interior fit-out work on-site - Are you familiar with construction detailing, finishing work, and material coordination - What is your current notice period or availability to join if selected Note: This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at our location.
